Mr. Chugh is also a Qualified member of the Million Dollar Round Table and a member of the National Association of Life Underwriters.
 
In 1984 he was appointed to management and has earned many company awards and accolades for his leadership skills including membership in AXA Equitable's Hall of Fame.
 
He is a graduate of Delhi University with a Bachelor’s Honor Degree in Economics and a Master’s Degree in Business Economics. He also did post-graduate work in international trade and worked for four years in that field before immigrating to the U.S.
 
Committed to his community, he currently serves as Vice President of the Herricks Community Fund and served as past Secretary of the India Association of Long Island. Harish and his family currently reside in Manhasset Hills, New York.
